Did you sign an agreement (eg: contract) with the attorney? If so, look it over and see what the clauses are in the contract to let you out. If you are unsure, it wouldn't hurt to have another attorney look it over and see if they can help you find a way out. Ambulance chasers are good at getting around the finer points of the law.
