Who is Barry Soetoro, and when did he officially change his name to B. Hussein Obama?

From what I understand Soetoro was his stepfather's name. It's not uncommon for young children to take the surname of their stepfather. I think his full name is Barack Hussein Obama. He goes by his first name, although his second name seems to be the focus for people who do not have the intellect to construct a political argument, instead relying on some retarded notion that religion and the State have anything to do with each other. It's actually a mockery of the laws set down by the Founders of the nation...that's funny isn't it?

Evidence that the court accepted it please? The fact is, these rumors were alleged in a lawsuit that was dismissed. That doesn't make them findings of fact.
