How do I start a scholarship fund?

at school people next door some sort of stand looking at the ground for change your friends your parents your family at the mall at walmart idk my point is anywhere you can start anywhere

you must first enroll yourself in school... then they'll start throwing you millions and millions of dollars and you will no longer need a scholarship fund

try talking to your local schools guidance office and they should be able to help you since that is what they work with a lot. if you are looking for someone to fund it try looking into local businesses that are really involved in the community

Go to a school and ask them. They know stuff. It's amazing!
