Ravz, Hi my name Tina, I work at a private firm called immigroup. Unfortunately, the officer does not need to give much of a reason to deny you a visitor visa. You are allowed to re-apply for a new visitor visa and show up with a lawyer but I think it would be a waste of time. What you should do is wait 6 months and re-apply again to increase your chances show up with a lawyer and make sure you have strong ties to India ex: proof of land ownership, letters from work stating you're on vacation, and the officer must feel without a reasonable doubt that you will return to the country where you live.
