Great start but it needs some work! Stay clear of the thesaurus and consider focusing on one particular instance in time rather than writing a narrative. An admission counselor can already see your transcript. So keep writing about your "goal" and challenge "to make it happen" but dig deeper and cut items out where necessary. Good luck!
