  Hmmm. Is that ALL you are concerned with is probates and line names? Why do you REALLY want to join Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.? Is it for sisterhood and service or to just become a ti-shirt and jacket wearer? If you even remotely thought your question was disrespectful then it must mean that it is, so why did you post it? How dare you ask such a ridiculous question. Don't you realize that Alpha Kappa Alpha is so much more deeper than the line names and probates? You would be no service to MY sorority whatsoever. "I didnt get a chance to become a member during undergrad and I just hope that IF afforded the opportunity I would be able to have a process that I can remember fondly for the lessons that I learn and the bond that it creates." So in other words if you cannot probate or get a line name then you would not remember the process fondly??? Is THAT what you are saying? If you cannot probate or get a line name that it wouldn't create a bond??? Please spare me. This is what makes it hard for other dedicated ladies who want to be members of my sorority. We have to wonder if they're all like you. Just want to step, and be seen, and show off an AKA ti-shirt. Your community service means nothing if you are only doing it to become a member of AKA. As I stated if you thought for one moment that your post was disrespectful then that should have indicated to you that it was.
