What activities look good to colleges?

Volunteer hours and community service. Hospitals and public libraries have opportunities for student who want hours, which ultimately look good on applications AND resumes for employment.

Colleges like to see leadership skills, as well as see you following your interests. If drama and gymnastics are your passions, definately stick with those activities, they'll definately brighten up your application. It wouldn't hurt to join a Peer Leadership or community service club, I believe Key Club is a national community service club, most high schools have one. Hope this helps!
