if you applied for jobs online basically the company will help you with papers for you to get initial visa then you can go to the country to process the work permit.. But you can certainly go for tourist visa then find a job then permits and visa will be handled by the company you opt to be employed.. I suggest you browse the net for jobs online, to make it convenient for you not worrying for visas to expire. teaching jobs is high in asian countries like Korea, China, and Thailand..
