I usually patronize this wholesaler shop that sells all kinds of party ware, situated along South Bridge Road, directly opposite Sri Mariamman Temple. They shifted to this place from the former Blanco Court. Good variety and cheap. Can't remember off-hand the name of the shop, but it is easily recognizable because they hang a fair bit of their party stuff outside the shop.
