I would suggest a lot of Reading. Og Mandino (The greatest salesman in the world) Carnegie (How to Win Friends and Influence People) are a great start. Basically they just realize that an objection is REALLY just a request for clarity. I use these same techniques when talking to athiests/agnostics about Christ. They are not really objecting they are just SEARCHING for more clarity and one day they will see it.
