There's a place called crush. I just found out about it, but I'm looking to go out NYE too. If i find out anything i will definitely let you know. But here's the link to Crush. I'm not sure if it's still open. I'm going to check back. But hey, if i can get a tattoo at 16, then there will be some places. I just doubt its going to be the city. Look around the Bronx and Brooklyn. They tend to let you slide if you slip the bouncer a 10. Tell him you don't have your ID. haha! I'm going to look into it after Xmas.
