Which smart phone is better? google nexus 4 or samsung galaxy note 2?

  • i read lot of reviews, now under confusion. Please suggest a better device. I initially thought of buying nexus 4, because it runs the stock android & pre-built ubuntu phone image is available for nexus 4. But battery life is questionable in nexus when comparing with note 2. Also "nexus 4's red light of death" problem warns me.

    Actually the answer depends on yourself. If u want stock android with smaller size display, comparatively lesser battery life but allows best personalization with custom roms then go for nexus 4. But if you like Samsung touchwiz with larger display and excellent battery life go for note 2.

Yes, this completely depends on your needs, likes & personality. Are you a hard-core, geeky, engineer who gets a high out of making a small change in the Android code and/or flashing it onto your device? Do the Samsung extras like the dual-screen, media store, exclusive apps etc not mean much to you? If your answer is "yes" to the above, then Nexus 4 for you. If not, then stick to Note II.
