What Pokemon team would you recommend for my first time doing the Pokemon league on Pokemon pearl and diamond?

i beat the elite four barely.... This are the pokemons i got... L50 uxie L45 Infernape L48 Luxray L47 Steelix L43 Staraptor L39 Gastrodon But I still beat them so if you want to beat them with thrill try this..

my team was dragonair 64 milotic 57 gardevoir 63 roserade 55 gengar 59 ninetails 60 it took me forever to level up these because i was so paranoid that i would lose but i won pretty easily. good luck!!!!

I have just beat them and this was my team: Infernape:lvl 67 Palkia:lvl 57 Haunter:lvl 47 Floatzel:lvl 43 Abomasnow:lvl 40 Chatot:lvl 46 I mostly used Palkia and Infernape as my others wouldnt stand a chance!But at least they got into the hall of fame. But i would recommend some stronger pokemon, With HIGH lvls.These are the pokemon types they use: 1st one:Bug 2nd:Ground 3rd:Fire (only 2 fire though so get various for him) 4th:Psychic And Cynthia....(champion) It varies.But the pokemon are as followed: Milotic Garchomp Spiritomb (has no weaknesses so use any) Roserade Lucario Gastrodon (wont come in that order,but look them up and you will get the best pokemon to beat them with) Try Your Best!

ok well this is the team that i used and it worked on my 2nd go. i would recemend Empoleon (lv 55) i used torterra but had a rough time, Palkia (lv 53) Azelf (lv 52) Toxicroak (lv 50) Any good fire type pokemon (lv 55+) and lastly Garchomp (lv 56) this is the team i used exept Empoleon. hope this helps and good luck with the pokemon league =]
