To me, Lady J sounds more fun, creative. Kingsway to me sounds more professional, quality. It really depends on what you are going for.

I think Kingsway cakes sounds the best. It uses alliteration, and out of all of the names it seems like it would be the easiest to remember (for customers that is).

Kingsway Cakes would be better if you want to show quality and regality. Lady J Cakes would mislead people into thinking that the business was made by someone called Lady J. I would go with Kingsway Cakes unless you want a more joyful name which does rhyme: Lady J Cakes.
