Best subwoofers for the money?

Kickers Cvr's impressed me for the money. Got 3 and got them for 90 bucks each. www.audiosavings.com got them running off a BXI1210d hifonics amp i also go from that site for 200 bucks

I would say look into memphis, dd, audioque, sundown, rd, tc, re, omega, old school orion and plenty more and from my experience with kicker not worth buying but that me though and if you need help give me a price range.

Go with Memphis Audio, RE Audio, or Kicker. All these manufactures make great subs for the price. You mentioned JL being a bit out of your price range have you priced the W3 or W0 series subs? Those subs get the job done with not too much damage to your wallet with that JL quality. Hope this helps.
