What is a easy way to sell girl scout cookies or take donations for ST.Judes children hospital?

I am selling girl scout cookies,and I am doing a fundraiser for St.Judes children hospital!

Best way to sell the GS cookies is door to door. We went out last weekend in a snowstorm and had reasonable success. One lady realized what it was, tore it out of my daughter's hand and put 3 boxes down, and she was just visiting with her mother there. You are not permitted to sell at a store unless the council arranges the sale dates/times.
