How do I forward an e-mail to multiple contacts?

How do I keep my contacts addresses from being displayed when sending an email to multiple contacts?

  • I've noticed some people use an alias or don't reveal all their contact's addresses when they're sending a message to multiple contacts. Can I do this with Yahoo mail?

  • Answer:

Simply, high light the material only you wish to forward without all the addresses and right click your mouse. The tiny window will show several different choices you then left click copy and then after left clicking the compose icon the compose window opens then, right click your mouse again and locate paste in the tiny window and left click it in your compose window, or click on the right side of the forward icon and it should show "in-line text" that also works as well! It should take you to the compose window where you can delete all the addresses you need to then add the addresses you want to forward the message to then just click send. Good luck!

Other answers

Enter your addresses into the bcc box (blind carbon copy) instead of the 'to' field.

easy. when you compose the letter, try to use not the to and cc feidls but the bcc feild. wright all the contacts (email adresses) to the bcc field, this way they can not see the other respondents, but you can send the same letter out to several ppl--- good luck:)
