Can someone get into a yahoo email address and disable it?

I don't think you're allowed to do that, well not if it's someone elses anyway. If it is your own e-mail address, contact Yahoo and they will tell you how to do it, or they may close it for you.

they can password crack it which takes a long time but it is still possible. they can't disable but they can change your password locking you out.
