    One more screw-up. This new program is a total DISASTER. Can we go back to the older, reliable program? I can't get anywhere with trying to FWD messages. I'm just like "Rick" below. I'm sure the recent programmers for this system have gotten better, higher-paying jobs elsewhere, but please get yourself organized.

I really dont like the new email. Mostly because you can't change the font or size of it and its hard for me to see. Thinking of changing over to gmail?

Dear Yahoo! Your changing the appearance of Yahoo! was not a smart move at all! Users liked it the way it was because we found Google's interface difficult to work with. But I know many of my friends (Including me) who abandoned Yahoo! for ever and started getting used to Gmail.com.Now, I found Gmail much better. The only difference between Yahoo! and Gmail was the way Emails were received, not all in one file. We liked it. But after this change and irritating delays in uploading and receiving yahoo emails, we preferred to use Gmail for ever. After all, academics say it is more prestigious and some employers even pay attention to this distinction. I hope you conduct customer survey for any big changes like this from now onwards.

Having the same issues.. I am so angry! Then it comes up that I have 70 emails, and maybe I have two!!! Can't get through to anyone, either! Really getting fed up!
