Change background in yahoo mail?

the same thing happened to me this morning and in addition the emails are displaying in a really annoying way. i've been trying unsuccessfully to change it back but no luck yet --- if you figure it out please let me know!

Same problem here.... and for some strange reason the Theme button does not show anymore under Settings! Is Yahoo pushing us to shift to gmail????

Yep - got me to. I don't have time for this kind of Cr@p from Yahoo. No way I can find to change it back...and I can't read my email. I hope this is resolved by morning

I keep checking back to see if someone has come up with an answer as to how to go back to the regular Yahoo Mail background and email operation. At least knowing that other users are having the same problem gives me some assurance that my account has not been hijacked.

i know last night on my home computer it said i should use foxfire or saffarri instead of windows all i know is i can barely see anything !! i hope someone figures this out fast :)

Almost what track5565 said except I had to go to Settings instead of Account Info, where I could change viewing to Basic. And it took several attempts for it to work. It was driving me crazy all day,
