i am trying to use a pic - instead of an animated avatar - i already have a pic up for my Yahoo360... now what? will give 10 points!

If you mean the yahoo avatar then here http://avatars.yahoo.com/ If any picture.... - go on my profile - my 360 profile - my page - edit personal photos - browse photos [ to get a photo left click save on it , maKe sure its like "jpeg"] - save - edit personal photos - save as primary - yahoo.com/answers - my profile - edit my profile - use my 360 picture - save - save ~Damian
