I've tried all the suggestions below (that I was able to) including trying a different browser, logging out and logging back in, etc. I can get it to print the basic information but I WANT A PRINT OUT OF MY DETAILED ADDRESS BOOK. This was supposed to be a quick, beginning of new year process--I'VE BEEN WORKING ON IT FOR 4 HOURS. PLEASE HELP ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [I follow the given instructions, but when I hit "print" nothing happens. ] [It will print out the basic list so nothing wrong with printer or connection.]
