Why can't I access my contact list?

I cant find the compose button and when i want to forward a letter i cant bring up my contact list.?

    Today, as of this minute, my Yahoo "Classic" says "Compose" where the "new" has been, which replaced the original "Compose" Maybe it will remain that way. Who knows. Yahoo renamed the Compose button---it's now called "New". It's in the same place and works the same as Compose did. To open contact list (address book) and insert addresses, try this quick and easy way. With Classic Mail: >Click on "New or Forward". >Click directly on the word TO and your mailing list (address book) opens. >Check each name (address) you want to send to and then click the "insert checked contacts" tab. With the All New Mail: >Click on "New or Forward". >Click on TO to open your mailing list. >Click on one name (address), and THEN press and hold the "ctrl" key while clicking on the others >Click OK.
