Have you got the "Caps Lock" on by mistake ? When you sign in with your email address and they ask for your password, there is a tiny option "Forgot Password". If you select that, it will give you hints (that you gave originally) that should help you. Or, phone a friend, if you cannot sign in, and ask them to verify your password. (maybe someone changed it ?) Good luck
