Contact list doesn't have any way to add address to forwarding or new mail?

You may find them in your Address Book Trash. This is a separate folder from your Mail Trash. If you delete a contact by mistake, or notice missing contacts, for a little while you'll be able to find it in your Address Book Trash. You can move the contacts back to your Address Book by following these steps: * Sign into your Address Book at: http://address.yahoo.com * Click on Trash in the left navigation pane * Select the contact(s) you would like to restore * Click the "Restore" button Note: If your Address Book shows no contacts at all, so you cannot see the Address Book Trash folder, please add yourself as a contact. This will allow you to check your Address Book Trash. Just remember that contacts in your Trash folder can be deleted at any time, without warning. Messenger users: Please note that if you delete contacts in Messenger, they will also be deleted in your Address Book. These two properties use the same database. +++++++++++++ if that does not work use SYSTEM RESTORE and go back to a time that you had them. Click on START....ALL PROGRAMS....ACCESSORIES ... SYSTEM TOOLS....SYSTEM RESTORE NOTE: i occasionally go in to this system and set my own RESTORE point. I do this when everything is working well. Later,,,if I have problems...I go back in and restore it back to that point. Without that there are various restore points and they might being going back to far and it will delete some things that you added to your system in that time period...
