How do I scan something into my printer & send it in an email attachment?
-
I have an HP Officejet J4680 All-in-One printer. I have no idea how to use it and would greatly appreciate the help!

Answer:
The easiest way to scan and send a document as an email attachment is to use a word processing program such as Microsoft Word. You click on Insert, then Picture, then From Scanner or Camera. It will bring up a box and you should see HP Officejet J4680 as a choice. Once you have scanned the document or picture into the program. You then save it using a name you will remember. You then use your email client such as Yahoo Mail, click on Attach and choose your saved file.
