How can I retrieve an accidentally deleted e-mail?

I accidentally deleted ALL my email from my Inbox and emptied my Trash folder. Can I retrieve the email?

    You can have email restored for a specific time during the preceding 24 hours.. Go to this page for details. After 24 hours there is no way to get email restored. Once gone from there...they are gone as far as Yahoo is concerned. ___________________________________ I have not tried this, but it might be possible to use SYSTEM RESTORE and go back to a date that you had them. click on START....ALL PROGRAMS....ACCESSORIES...SYSTEM TOOLS...SYSTEM RESTORE and go from there. There are so many versions...IE 7, 8, 9, Vista, etc so the method to get to System Restore might be different +++++++++++++++++++++++++ If the above don't work.....Enter RECOVER DELETED EMAILS in your web browser to bring up sites that say they can. +++++++++++++++++++++++++
