Answer:
When you are saving it scroll down for the file type and make sure to click on the .GIF option. Those tutorials are for a slightly different thing. This is instead of a HTML, so you don't have to attach all the images when sending it. I hope this helps x

Save it as a GIF, not html and send it as an attachment. Rename the file with .gif at the end and use windows photo and fax viewer to view the file.
