How do I delete all my email attachments?

Can anyone tell me how to delete attachments from my attachments at my email?

  Reply to the email ,if you have the correct setting, this copys the email.\ Send the email too youself,if you donot include the attachments, they are not copyed. Example copy as text click edit ,select all click edit ,copy Reply to the email ,if you have the correct setting, this copys the email. Or right click select all right click select copy right click paste Note you need too open another window too do this.
