    you have to exit out of the file you are trying to attach. Save it, then exit out. that should allow you to attach it.

At the top of the mail page on the left, there is a paperclip, click on that and a window will open where you can scroll through your documents until you find the file you are looking for. When you find it click once on it and click on open. The file should then be starting the attachment phase It will let you know when the attachment is complete

attach by clicking the icon that looks like a paperclip.. Then a dialog box will pop. locate and choose your file.. click it. there you go
