How do you attach a file on Hotmail?

I am not able to attach a file to my email (Hotmail, msn and yahoo,gmail etc..). won't upload?

    Yahoo has a help page about difficulty attaching files. happens when you are under '' user '' account .... try and use firefox ... that can fix the problem with uploading files ...
