Can't open an attachment?

  • I've received several attachments in my e-mails and recently can't open or save them to my computer. What do I do to fix this?

There is a known error with Yahoo mail not allowing email attachments to be opened. I keep getting the "Server Outage Error 50.1" message and after reading the forums I have seen that the problem is currently being worked on! Hope this helps!

You should be able to save them. What kind of file is it? .doc? .pdf? If it's a .doc, learn how to use Google Drive to open them.
