How do i send pictures through emails?

Why do people I send emails with pictures, get received without pictures? It it a set up issue and how do I f?

    believe you'll find this easier to do the following: When Sending embedded pictures: Next time, Hit & Hold the CTRL Key, then select Forward. It'll create a EML file and should work. Add your email affliliates and then send it. Had this issue myself. My recipients indicated that embedded pics showed up ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~... Regarding trying to view pictures that are nothing more than a White box with a Red "X": Place your cursor over the picture. Right click and select " Show Picture"

There is no way for you to fix it. Yahoo is working on the site. This has happened before and they always fix it. Do not install or uninstall any Yahoo programs. Yahoo knows about this problem. Thousands of users are reporting this same thing. Attachments are not working. Skip them for now.
