Please, I cannot open my email box?

Im trying to attach a file to my email when i do a box pops up and says invalid file specified..Help please.?

    my daughter and i are also experiencing the same problem. she tried to attach a jpeg file to her email on her laptop and i on my desktop and we both are getting the same message as you are. its yahoo's problem. contact customer care..good luck if you do get a result..i have filled out the form to contact customer care on problems but have never had anything solved as of yet.

Are you sure that it says "invalid file specified", not "invalid file type specified"??? Because if not, then I can't help you. But if its invalid file type maybe you are trying to send an executable file (.exe). You are not allowed to send those.

Try to copy the file to your desktop and send it from there. See if that works
