Why can't i forward email with pictures and get them to forward?

Get this: Yahoo! does it for you. That’s right! If you want to forward an email that itself has one or multiple attachments, the attachments are added automatically when you click Forward, no matter if you select As Inline Text or As Attachment. Either way, the attachments are bundled right in. Start by opening any message that you’d like to forward. Then make a decision: would you like to forward this message as text in the message window, or as an attachment for your recipient to open? Either way, you’ve got room in the message window to add your own additional text, like “Check out this note w/photos from Cindy—I guess miracles really do happen!” And either way, if the message you’re forwarding has attachments, Yahoo! Mail automatically attaches them for you. Sweet! Here’s how to forward a message: Click the down arrow to the right of the Forward button, then select either As Inline Text or As Attachment. This opens the Compose window. Enter the email addresses for whoever you want to Forward the message to. In the message window, type any additional text you’d like to include—if any! Click Send.

It certainly should work. I just tried forwarding a mail from my free account (with attachment) and had no trouble with it. Perhaps if you try sending it at a time of day when internet traffic is lowest, you will have more success.
