Why i cant open my old email?

And has the account been inactive for awhile .. some accounts are deleted after a set ammount of time with no activity ... if it is you should get a message saying that when you try to sign in.if that is not the case , here is the yahoo cust. service phone number to check the status of the account. If the e-mail was a link to another site on the web, it could be that web page changed it's address or the page is just not available any more. If it is just typed e-mails say from friends and you have saved them on your computer you should be able to open them if you have a program like works to read it in, other wise I can't tell you why you can't open them and read them.

You're old email is still there but the link to which it was attached to probably died or that the link has expired. Ah, better explanation than using the word died. Sorry about that.
