How to attach a document in new yahoo 2014?

    After a day of trying to fix this, I finally found the answer: The problem is not with Yahoo Mail (it works just fine), the problem is with Yahoo Mail not working on Internet Explorer! I loaded Yahoo Mail with the Chrome browser and all the problems magically went away! No more invisible buttons (including the paper clip), No more incomplete attachments, No more inability to download and save attachments from incoming mail. I now use Chrome for everything and found that switching browsers also eliminated other freezing web pages and the display of attachments in a useless reader. Try it, it's amazing!

Hello all so I had the same question and after awhile of going through the settings and playing around on my email I found it. It is located next to the send button, but you cant see it! So you will either have to left click on your mouse and drag it across the bottom of your page to see the location of it and the other things there, or just scroll your mouse over slowly until it say "Attach File"
