Why can't I see pictures when emails are sent to me with pictures in them?

    outlook automaticly blocks pics so there should be a bar up there in the message.

If a little red "X" comes up where picture should be, right click and click on show picture, this usually works for me.

It is because the person who sent you the pics are not added to your directory. Try and add it and you will immediately see the pics attached.

There could be 2 reasons. 1. You do not have a program installed that can view gif, jpg formats. If that is the case download an image viewer like irfanview 2. If you're using outlook, or outlook express you need to change security settings.
