How can I open emails with attachments?

I would like to ask the same question. Why can't I open attachments in my emails? This started Saturday?

  • Attachment gets scanned. Click on continue and instead of the box opening that asks if I want to open or save, nothing else happens. It is like that on all emails with attachments.

    I'm having the same problem. I PAY for Yahoo Mail Plus! I have to forward my emails to my Gmail account to download attachments. If Yahoo doesn't fix soon I'm going to save on paying for Plus! I can't download attachments from my Yahoo Mail at all. I tried on Android, HP Laptop (Firefox, Chrome, IE), MacBook Pro. I use Yahoo Mail as a catch all for my business. FIX THE PROBLEM PLEASE.

Same here. And it only happens to one of the yahoo accounts. When I forward the message to my other yahoo mail, the attachment opens fine. I guess it is mail server related issue.

Exact same problem here. I thought it was the firewall on my better but less used computer--then I found the same deal happening with my regular use laptop.
