Why can't I send attachments in my email?

  • When I go to send an attachment in an email it says "file invalid file not specified"... I have tried with all of my email addresses'. This is something just just ...show more

    try this, click on tools,internet options,security tab,custom level, scroll down to "navigate sub-frames across different domains and click on enable. click on apply ,ok, and exit. exit internet explorer and reenter. try to attach again.

Are they photos? If so they may be too big in which case you have to shrink them down first

also check the size of the attachments - maybe they are too large

Hi, Check the files you are trying to attach and see if they have been deleted or corrupt.If not, go to your mail, click compose, click attach files and then you select from either your desktop or your documents and then click attach files.
