Why can't I open attachments sent with emails on my yahoo email?

I actually did what Sandra suggested and went into 'settings - viewing email' and i just unchecked 'enable conversations' and saved and since then my attachments download no problem. I honestly doubt that me un-checking that option is what did it, but perhaps just re-saving is what did. Who knows? But it worked and that's all i care about.

I can't open my attachments either - it just says save to computer or dropbox, then when I try either of them nothing happens. Everything worked fine before Yahoo changed my whole screen and there seems no way of going back to Yahoo Classic any more? It won't let me open the gearbox symbol either at the moment. Is there a simple solution?

I'm having the same problem. Yahoo keeps changing things.

You may try the following before opening or attaching files: - Turn on Full Session HTTPS. - Use a different web browser. - Check email security level and settings of your antivirus. I know, me too. BT have updated their system and I can't attach files or open attachments. It's a blessed nuisance. I have emailed them but no reply. Mo
