Ive had the same problem for over a month now.. pop up not issue, nothing will attach and now no attachment I get from this account can be read on my phone either.

I can't load either. It runs like it's loading and the green bar indicates the loading is finished, but there is a circle that keeps swirling and won't completely finish. Very frustrating. It doesn't matter the size of the file.

I had this problem too. Just open up the file location and drag into the email body. This worked for me. I had to learn by accident. What an annoying problem.

I was having the same issue. I went to the CONTROL PANEL, then PROGRAMS AND FEATURES, then VIEW UNDTALLED UPDATES on the top left. Look for the most recent Windows Internet Explorer 10. Choose uninstall at the top left of page. Now everything works fine.

My yahoo will not allow me to attach even the simplest attachment.

Do you have pop-up blockers on, under your browser? Make sure they're not on. Maybe, also, you have a slow internet connection? Also, if you're doing this at work or at a public place like a library, the networks there prohibit the attachment of files through email, so that the chances of infecting the computer and eventually, the network, with viruses, spyware, malware and trojan horses, would be small. If I were you, because yahoo mail really does allow the attachment of files and photos to go pretty slow for some reason, is to send attachments through another email account. Hotmail goes pretty fast, so if you have one with that website, send your files through them. If you don't have an account, it's really easy to get one. Anyways, good luck.

the file might be too big or there might be something wrong with the file.
