At work they block Youtube.com so we just use the uk.youtube.com address. Hope it helps

simple answer: you don't. unless of course you're a farily good hacker... the only computer those settings can be changed from is the teachers (or it may be set by even higher up administators) assuming you could even get away with getting on that computer, you'd still have to have the login info and know exactly which program is the one that's blocking said websites.

Tell the IT staff that you think someone is beign bullied on myspace. Then they'll unblock it and you can spend all lunchtime "searchig for mean comments" Or bebo, facebook, can't think of a way for non-blog sites.
