At school I use sklnet.info . It's disguised so it hasn't been picked up in over a year. Best thing is that I know the guy who runs them and he's planning to open a whole network of them once he makes enough money from the ads. I was clicking them all day long the other day!

If you want to get new and up to date proxies everyday, then you should join a Yahoo group. I actually just look them up on google, but i don't know what's blocked for you. For my school ones, after looking at 3 or so, one of them will work.
