Link attaches every time I do a new email?

Why does the page "please verify your password" come up each time I click the link for new email main account

because its a pain in the a-r-e! I have complined to yahoo NUMEROUS times and they keep telling me its a problem with my computer. Just keep going round in circles with them. I told them it happens on all computers and I havent changed anything, but I may as well talk to a BRICK WALL!!
