That is what is called a "phishing" email where someone is trying to gain your personal information so that they can hack into your account. Yahoo would never send such an email, plus always be wary of correspondence sent to you with bad grammar. Example: "We noticed that many Yahoo! e-mail accounts has not been using" What? That's incoherent! Anyway - hope this helps.

Yahoo would not ask you for your personal information in an E-mail like that. It is a scam to get your personal information and/or money. Do not respond to it. Report it to yahoo, so they are aware. Forward to [email protected]

This is a known phishing scam attempting to get you to give them all your personal info. It's not from Yahoo, just delete it and ignore it. Good luck and be careful.
