I cannot find my password, and when I hit that I want to, I keep being directed to a place that asks for my birthday, etc. and then I am told, that I have successfully gottten into my account. I WANT THE PASSWORD!! I also do not want to change it..EVER!! I have a problem with my memory, and sometimes even forget the year of my birth! I just cannot keep changing it.
