http://help.yahoo.com/l/uk/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/pop/ That gives you all the settings needed to recieve yahoo mail through another e-mail client I recieve my yahoo mail to outlook express, With only using pop and smtp setting, I dident download anything. p.s. This is for the UK.
