How can I get my Yahoo email to sync with my Microsoft outlook?

I am trying to setup outlook to sync with Yahoo and its asking which server type?
Answer:

Yahoo mail is a web mail. You cannot sync with any web mail unless it has pop3.

you tell them, HTTP, or IMAP. That is all my Outlook Express supports. As for "sync" I'm not sure. If you import your addresses from Yahoo, that's all I have to do. But I imported my addresses to yahoo from the msoe. And was totally astounded when I found I still get no SPAM in Yahoo and all my SPAM in the Microsoft thing.
