What is wrong with my e-mail account?

Help...I can open my email account and read them I just cant send them. What is wrong?

I can't send a new one or forward an email.
Answer:

If you are running a security program on your computer, check your incoming and outgoing e-mail settings. Once you have done that if that does not work .Go to all programs menu ,then control panel, click on firewall settings. make sure you have your firewall set to where you can send out e-mails. Hope this helps you.

click sent mail;clear all addresses it,then make sure the address you are wanting to send is correct
